Is it normal my new psychologist is this unprofessional

First of all I got no contact information for her which is just really bad as one morning I just got a notification in my phone that the following day I had an appointment, and those notifications are automatic. Nobody had contacted me and I have a JOB.
Then as I was sitting in the waiting room some stupid looking woman came out and called my name, but before I could even react another girl who had her entire freaking family with her for some reason got up extremely fast going "THATS ME" and I was just like uh... okay?
Then when a lady came out a few minutes later and called out my name again but actually called out surname as well and I was the only one left in there she asked me if that isnt me and I went nope. After about 10 minutes she came back and asked me whom i'm seeing and I said "I have no idea" because I had not recieved ANY kind of info... I then said that I am pretty sure somebody else took my appointment. The lady looked concerned, said she'd look into it and then disappeared for a long time. Eventually my psychologist-to-be showed up after nearly 40 minutes past my appointment and apologized saying she called in the wrong person having the appointment with her instead...
After that horrid experience I was eventually given a new appointment via mail, and automatic email and still without ANY contact information to my useless psychologist. The appointment did not suit me I really needed to reschedule so I had to bother my former CBT-therapist who works at the same place by emailing her instead asking her if my new psychologist even HAS any contact information... Finally then she emailed me and I could reschedule. A few days later a letter arrived containing a copy of my personal information aka notes she had taken during our last appointment and the letter was literally open!!!!!!!! Like it wasnt sealed AT ALL... And it had personal info about me! What the hell kind of retard does that? They never even send that out usually those notes I can access them online if i'd ever care to look at them!! Should I have therapy with this person?
