Is it normal my poop is green

For th past 3 days when I went to poop it was green and brown I havent changed my died at all and I eat a lot of meat

    Your gallbladder is producing a ton of bile to help with your intestines having a lack of fiber to help push your shit along. Its bile... eat more lettuce or something.

    When I eat spinach I have green poop for a couple of days. Don't worry too much unless it has blood in it. Then you might get concerned.
