Is it normal my soles are burnt during taekwondo practice?

Hi I am Lilly :) . I have recently arrived in the city and its very hot here. I decided to join taekwondo and chose the classes in evening.
Yesterday the sun was too hot and after running I didn't feel it but after practice I found that my soles are kind of burnt. Skins in some places is swollen and it kind of looks cat's feet (except color). I can barely walk without shoes on.
I have rest today cause it's Sunday and I don't want to miss practice tomorrow.
What should I do about it.?

Just sit down and rest your feet for a week or so. During this time of rest I want you to concentrate (very hard) on never posting such a totally boring post ever again. Okay?

Thank you for your kind suggestion Mr. Trips.
I wish you didn't have to open and read my post. I feel sorry for you.
There are many other trolls on the site about sex, incest and many other things that might interest you. I hope you don't mind a real life problem among them.

I believe that the soles of your feet are more so swollen than burned per se. I think what you need to do is to pop some ibuprofen, soak your feet in ice water, take a nice warm bath in Epsom salts and when you get out you ought to rub your feet with a anti-inflammatory/pain relieving foot cream. Also make sure that you properly hydrate yourself before, after and during exercise!

    • Hi sweet Rosie. :* :) I know you always want to help me and everyone.
But I am sure it's burn because it's whitish in color and I have burning pain in it.
I am planning on wearing bandages during practice so it won't explode and continue to prevent further burns.
I have muscle pain because of strength training and my instructor suggested to avoid any analgesic till for another two weeks.
Thank you for caring. *big hug* to you.
