Is it normal my tounge has a problemm

My toung has a problem sometimes since this year that it gets a red patch little swollen and it sting alot and it dont feel so good.I dont know if I has some allergy to a thing but I dont eat a new thing since this year.....and I dont do kisses on someone or anything like this.....What is the possibility please?Today I get it again and I eate soup with chicken, sandwich with butter and chese, sasuge and rice, snacks and candy and I eat 3 coffees and im not allergic to this things.Somebody to help me?I have to see dentist or dr?=(

    Talk to your Dr or a Nurse Practitioner about this. It could be several things, most of which are common.

    Once you get the explanation it will be much easier to live with, if its not treatable.
