    Vaginal smell can change after your period. If it persists and you have other symptoms, it could be Bacterial vaginosis, or a yeast infection. Both are easily treated. BV requires a doctor visit so you can get Flagyl, a week long pill course. Yeast infections can be treated by over the counter creams.
