Is it normal my youtube channel wont let me in?

My youtube channel wont let me in. I cant remember the password on it and the email its hooked up to is hooked up to another channel which I forgot the password too so I cant log in. I trying change the back up email but dont know how. What is weird is it lets me make playlists and upload videos but I am not technically logged in. How do I deal with this?
