Is it normal normal that i see rays of light

Hi, is it normal that I see rays that come from light source (mobile phone, lamb, TV, etc.) when I squint my eyes? And for example when I look on the phone and I open and close my eyes, I see stretch lines coming from it. The same thing is with lamb. But when I open my eyes wider, this effect disappears. Also when I don't squint my eyes, it comes from lamb, when I look lower than the lamb is located. Especially I see this deffect in dark time. I saw it 3 days ago and now my thoughts are full with this rays of light, they look as straight line rays! Is it Normal?
