I dont know what to do, everyone tells me to go online when I ask people they say go online and if I dont im not trying. I try everyday online and its not working. I been doing this for more then a year without success I dont know how anyone in the world would think if it didnt work all this time its going to work now. Is there a way to do it in person and still get noticed for stuff like working at the mall? Since online is bullshit, I am not getting noticed, they wont take my resume, this is completely worthless. Online applications do not work.

    Work on your communication skills. That was really confusing. You didn't really explain wtf you were on about til the end. Good communication skills will help you get a job.
