Is it normal self absorption and self destruction?
At some level in my mind, it seems logical that: if I focus on myself and try to figure out who I am and what I should do, trying to understand myself, then I will feel better.
But in reality, in my life, the more I keep being self absorbed the more I move along the path of self destruction.
Is it normal?
