Is it normal stand up too fast and partly die

When I stand up too fast, I usually just get blurry vision and a headache, but once im a while, I stand up too fast and fking die. I lose my vision, hearing, balance and I just fall on the floor, not knowing if I exist, or if I am just watching a video of someone falling, not knowing is it me, or someone else, hard to explain.

You're not dying! This is just a sudden drop in blood pressure from standing up too quickly. Settle down there and stop being so melodramatic.

If you didnt already get it, it's supposed to be a little overdramatic, stop being such a boomer/karen

Yeah I experience it almost every time i stand up because I'm dumb and forget to do it slower than i would. More common if I stand up from bed or a relaxed position on the sofa. I also usually think like a stupid for about 15 secs afterwards and feel totally baked in my head. If you have ever experienced it, I always thought it felt like a really concentrated depersonalization episode. Nothing to worry as far as im aware

partly die... Yeah, I'm no doctor but that doesn't sound normal.

I hear feeling faint standing up is normal in older people.
    Could be low blood pressure.
Sometimes it just happens to normal healthy people especially if you were laying in a hot bath then stood up to quick.

Happened to me all my life, you stand up start doing whatever then your vision goes black you no longer feel your legs bracing yourself with your arms only makes the inevitable crash more painful so after awhile you just start covering your face hoping for the best.

I'm happy to tell you it gets better. Just eat as healthy as you can, I reccomend quitting soda that seemed to help me. It never truly goes away though. Docs dont know what to to tell ya either. My mom took me in after she saw me almost face plant into the litter box.

It's not ideal I know but it's part of our lives so make the best of it. Its happened so much I've gotten decent at walking when I cant feel my legs whether from an episode or numbness. Makes those 3 mile walks in a blizzard much more tolerable

Make sure you’re eating a proper protein full diet. Especially for breakfast, to start the day.

hash browns can be so many different things (i prefer the grated potato patties to pan cooked potato wedges btw) but sausage gravy goes on biscuits dammit

course i dont mind how anyone else does it and maybe ill try it on hashbrowns sometime
