Is it normal that a part of the inside of my knee is throbbing

It doesn't hurt or anything, I'm just concerned. It's happening on the left side of my right knee and you can literally see it throb. It feels like a little wiggle. Should I be worried?

    Nah i get that all the time. Its a twitch. Itll go away after a day or so. I usually get one in my right eye
