Is it normal that after a while in the shower i get dizzy and almost faint?

The first time this started happening I got dizzy and actually got out of the shower to then fall on the bathroom floor.
Now I was in the shower again, and I started feeling my shoulders get tense, then they became heavy and later my vision started to get weird like the first time it happened and I immediately got out of the shower.
What's happening??

    Bitch you got BAAAD BLOOD. Seriously though, see if you have good blood pressure, good blood volume, iron deficiency, etc.
    Same thing happened to my sister after she donated blood. In the mean time, don't shower with too much heat, make it cooler.

    Yeah, you're iron deficient. That used to happen to me a lot when I was iron deficient. Definitely take cooler showers.
