Is it normal that after i smoke weed time completely slows down

Ok well I smoked some rather strong weed, and well time completely slowed down, I felt like hours were passing but it had just been like 3 minuets. But my brain felt like it was as going full speed. Also I kept feeling like I was changing dimension

    I had the same issue... I was playing PES on my computer with my cousin... half-time was set on 3 minutes... and we thought that we play like real 45 mins... We were like "pheeew"after the match hahaha
