Is it normal that every time i'm upset angry or stressed i have the same dream

every time I'm upset angry or stressed i have the same dream where I'm locked in a church and someone is stood on a balcony above me seemingly not aware that I'm stood there sometimes I have this dream more than one time each night and cometim the dream starts off walking into my favourite Chinese restaurant
