I have heard that most girls asses are just naturally cleaner than guys somehow. Do they wipe less on average than guys ?

Why would there be a difference? I don't think there is. As a straight woman, I haven't seen other women's asses much though and haven't quite inspected men's either. Could this assuption be because some sexist ppl arent't quite over the fact that women are human too in that they shit and everything?
Not true. Everyone has an ass that's the same when pooping and wiping. A man's butt can stink a woman's butt can stink
A woman's ass is not cleaner than a man's. This sounds like a comment that would come from a person that has not accepted the women also fart and poo and that when women do it both can and often are very stinky and dirty. Women's bodies are no cleaner than men's when it comes to bodily waste.
Gee that is a difficult question to answer. Please define just what "average" means? Once we know that we can put some numbers to it.
