Ever since jr high I go around wondering what peoples privates look like both males and females. I’ve never had a girlfriend or boyfriend. I think most people think I’m strange.

Depends on what you mean by "obsessed." If that means "I think about them frequently", you're probably just horny and I'd say you're pretty much normal. If that means "I like to hang out in bathrooms so I can try to get a peek", you need help.
I wonder about this too. I have wanted to see guys naked since I was in 8th grade. I wish my school gym had required showers so I could have seen so many hairy dicks. I think about random guys I see out in public. It's rather rare for me to think about women in this way.
I was lucky enough to have gym in hr high and high school and then took 11 courses of phys ed in college even though only 4 were required just so I could see the naked boys. And to satisfy my lust to see naked females I peeked on my sister and all her friends while they bathed. My mother too.
