Is it normal that i always feel more depressed around winter time?

Every year I notice I always feel more down when the winter season comes around and I get into a bad mood easier than normal.

I have been living with depression and anxiety for several years but i've been pretty good at managing it, but I feel like it always hits the hardest when winter comes, and I feel less motivated and more lethargic than normal.

Seasonal depression is real and it's worse if you're affected by all of the seasonal changes....... Like me
