Is it normal that i always workout naked?

No matter what or where I am, when I workout, I I am always naked, unless I' at the gym, where I workout in boxers. If I am in a house with family friends or something, I just lock myself in a room and go naked to workout. Bottom line, I always workout very close to naked or naked. IIN?

    "Gym" is the Greek word for nude or naked. That is how the Greeks trained many years ago. Nudity is a very good way to feel free while you are doing anything.

    I exercise nude too. There's less sweat that way.
