Now this will be rated very unusual but my dog is 14 she had 6 heart attacks recently. Now we are using tablets to keep her alive but whenever it has one on the grass i sit with it for an hour crying. So i carry it inside and wrap a blanket and talk to it.I can,t live without her
My cat died of cancer in 2009.. Before she passed in a way I knew she was sick because she couldn't control her bladder for about 2 yrs, she threw up a lot, and she had a hard time walking after waking up... The day before I had her put to sleep she laid on the flood panting and I cried so hard because I though she was dying... The suddenly she compare herself & it stopped.. I slept with her under me the entire night.. I didnt wanna lose her... The next day I was a my moms job sewing a dress when my dad & sister called and said she had fallen our again panting... I rushed home held her & cried my eyes out I couldn't stand to see her like that.. I borrower some cash from my sis & rushed her to the emergency vet.. They say even on the ventilator she couldn't breathe and she wasn't gonna make it so I had no choice but 2 put her to sleep because I didn't want her to suffer.. That night broke my heart... After all she had been with me since I was 4 yrs old & I'm 20 now.. To lose a pet u have had that long is like losing family... Watching them stick her with that needle & feeling her heart stop almost killed me.. To this day I miss her still her the little bell on her collar... So I know how u feel... Take ur dog to the vet it should probably cost as much as $80 for then to check ur dog out and worst case scenario another 80 to be put down.. The 24 hr vet we went to were so nice the sent us a card afterward and has been sending one every year now... I hope this helps you & good luck to u...
you can live without her and you will, she would want that for you. she would be sad if you didn't have a happy life, she would love it if someday you made another dog happy and loved it too. btw she will wait for you on the other side for years and years. dogs are like that
I would put her down out of love. She has lived a good long life and why prolong the suffering?
It's something you're going to have to learn to live without so get some other interest in your life and stop obsessing about a sick dog! You may consider this harsh, but you need a reality check!
