Is it normal that i avoid dairy?
The reason I avoid it is because it fucked me up real bad. Which is why I avoid milk, cheese and anything with dairy.
I really don't know if I've got IBS and I don't know if I should get checked up.

Cheese is good but I refuse to believe milk is healthy. It's not for people, it's for baby cows. Adults aren't supposed to drink milk anyway.
You wouldn't drink some strange woman's breast milk, but people will drink milk meant for a completely different animal.
I understand. I'm also allergic to all things dairy... Not the most common allergy; but that's one of the ones I have (this is not "lactose intolerance" - its actually an allergic reaction).
I'm not going to say its normal. It's somewhat rare to have this allergy. But, is normal for those so allergic.
I have found other foods to eat, and adapted to it. I'm sure you can as well.

Actually being sensitive to dairy is very common even among people who aren't lactose intolerant. Probably especially if you have IBS it could be a trigger.
If you have problems when you consume dairy then it would be normal for you to avoid doing so.
