I don't think therapy is the answer. Maybe just come to terms with the fact magic is not real.
Yes its normal. I'm a Pagan so i believe in this stuff. Don't let anyone tell you what you can or cannot believe.
I guess it would depend on 'why' you believe in magic.
If you believe in something you've never witnessed for yourself, then that implies delusion. Seek help.
If you've witnessed things you can't find rational explanations for, "and" if others have also witnessed these things, well then...
...carry on.
It is normal but understand this world is not developed to combat real life things and transfer it to magic right now. Who knows? It may happen someday where things can be magic like but understand now is not the time. :) Please go by your own judgements and never follow others' unless you agree. Hope that answers your question.
Is it normal? Unfortunately yes in certain places and contexts an embarassingly large amount of humans believe in magic. Most lable it as "miracles" though.. Is it correct? No. The very definition of magic is impossible. I don't think you need a therapist until you start seeing and hearing things that aren't there and using "magic" to cure serious ailments that need medical attention or professional assistance. Otherwise if you're one of those who thinks the "energies move fate like a cloth in the wind", no it's not uncommon. Incorrect, but not an uncommon belief.
Do you believe in magic?
In a young girls heart
How the music can free her
whenever it starts
And it's magic
if the music is groovy
It makes you feel happy like an old time movie
Most of the planet seems to believe in magic in one form or another. . .
It has been scientifically proven (by a team at Princeton University if memory serves) that the human mind can affect the outcome of a random system - albeit very slightly.
One may therefore contest (arguably) that "Magic", at least in as much as being able to affect the outcome of an event through nothing more than force of will, is theoretically possible.
I also believe in magic. There are so many things that cannot be explained, that were explained but was later found wrong or things that have yet to be discovered "out there". Magic is real. Steven Spielberg has a thick cock. God is real. Steven Hawking isn't really a hawk...or a king. eggplants taste nothing like eggs.
