Is it normal that i can visit hell but theres a demon waiting for me

When ever I am asleep, I somehoe mange to appear in hell. I can tell that im dreaming but its too real. If i get a cut on my arm, it will be there when i wake up. Also i manage to meet the same demon again and again warning me of his return and to be ready for a duel. I dont really know what he means by that. Can somebody help me understand this

      but the strange thing is that I havent dreamed in 5 years. every time i close my eyes to sleep i immediately feel like i waken up

          How could hell be the core of Earth? There are billions of places it could be like out in the stars, through a worm hole or maybe even through a black hole

            Hell does not exist as a place and doesn't need to: human beings have the capacity to create our own hells in the real world ...... but then I guess it's safer to focus on an imaginary one rather than doing anything about the real ones in the real world
