is it normal that after hanging out with people with accents or watching alot of videos of people with different accents I start speaking like them slightly without realizing it? I always catch myself and change back but I find it for

    Normal, I was in Ireland and came back with an accent.

    I do this too. It most commonly happens if I watch a lot of foreign tv/films. When around people that have a certain accent, it is perfectly normal and expected to an extent, that eventually you will pick up the accent(s) of your environment.

    i even tend to steal people laughs by making them like my own, idk why, i do the same.

    Im just sub consciously incorporating the part of people i like into myself. Like an evil copy/blob monster BWAHAHAHAHA
