Is it normal that i constantly read my tweets to see what people would think?

I look at my Twitter profile very often, maybe a few times a day, just to see what kind of person I come across as. I always do it when I think of certain people I know, who might stumble across my profile. For example, do I seem immature to people a bit older than me, do I seem like a nerd with no life to people my age from my town? I don't tweet too often, I always wonder does this make me seem like I have better things to do than Tweet or make it seem like I have no life to Tweet about? is it normal to put this much thought into what people think about my Twitter?
