Is it normal that i didnt wash hands after masturbating?

I probably have OCD because whenever i touch something i want to clean my hands until my skin fells off...but anyway,yesterday i showered my self and i cleaned my genitals(female) and after a few hours took a piss and then masturbated.I never excrete substances,everything is pretty dry there but still i felt soooo dirty that i couldn't wash my hands
after,even though i didn't use them.(my hands barely touched my underparts)Everyone there was like "always wash your hands after jerking off blah blah" but i think they were talking about men.So am i actually dirty now?because i saw an awful dream with germs and all that please help!

    Always clean hands. Even if it's a quick rinse. You never know what could happen. What if you scratched your eye and infected it? Bette safe than sorry!
