Is it normal that i eat a lot of salt, but my blood pressure is good?

I eat a lot of salt. Actually, I put salt on almost everything I eat. If I eat so much freaking salt, then why is my blood pressure still good? I'm thinking it may be because I exercise on a daily basis and I drink a lot of water (until I'm full of it). Perhaps those two things are keeping my blood pressure under control. The other day, I checked my blood pressure and it read 119/68. Like I said, I drink water and exercise everyday, but I continue to eat salt. It's like I'm aging in reverse.

good for you, but better lay off the salt as you get older cause your metabolism won't be this way forever.

Ha ha, keep it up and that "ageing in reverse" will do a big u-turn and you'll pay the price for eating all that salt.

You can get away with this sort of self harm when young but it WILL catch up with you later on in life and it will be too late to do anything about it.

High blood pressure is life threatening and exercise and drinking a lot of water won't prevent it long term.
