Is it normal that i feel physical chest pain for no reason sometimes?
I'm a healthy, young, male, adult. I don't have any diseases or congenital problems. I don't exercise that often (a few times a week) but I'm not overweight. I eat really healthy.
Sometimes, for no reason, my chest will hurt if I breathe in. What it feels like is an acute, sharp pain on the left side of my chest when I intake air. It doesn't hurt if I breathe only a bit (so I have to breathe rapid short breaths for a while to avoid pain) or if I focus on intaking the air lower (my stomach popping out instead of my chest). If I breathe in a certain amount, boom, it hurts.
It goes away after maybe ten minutes. No problems after, but I get worried.
