I mean aside from having a medical problem I see obese people constantly eating slushees or Cinnabons who must weigh 300 lbs at least. I wonder if they just don’t care how they look or if they drop dead of a heart attack. No wonder health insurance keeps goin up if they have to pay for those slobs.
Obviously they do but a better question would be if they like being a laughingstock and a pathetic public burden.
They're still human doesn't make them evil or cold hearted individuals.

when i got my covid shot there was this fucing 200-250KG lady giving me the shot, i couldnt even see the damn chair she was sitting on it was obsene
Everyone has something they do that isn't good for them. Some overindulge, some don't eat enough, some drink too much, smoke too much, gamble, shop too much, etc. Everyone is guilty of one of these, it's just natural human behavior. We do it to feel better. Doing these things releases dopamine.
I don't like how they look either. But my reasoning is a bit immature because I used to be obese and I'm reminded of myself when I see them. XD

I used to be 310 lbs at my biggest (lost 40) & I did not give two shits how I looked then nor do I now, only lost the weight for health/athletic sports reasons.

I'm 6ft3, around 25% or 20% body fat & still losing weight/gaining muscle. Will be 260 in a month or 2.

I wrestled in school, have been doing judo & ju-jitsu after school & am getting into MMA which is the whole reason for the weight loss because the only MMA Org. in my town doesn't have a super heavyweight division (265+lbs).
