They try to be "cool" and "popular" by making accounts and videos but really it's stupid. They should be out playing, over at a friend's house, or playing a video game. That and kids under 15 aren't mature enough for a site like Youtube. Parents need to do their jobs better.

The only concern would be the safety of the children. Many pedophiles tap into their channel or snag those images for sexual purposes. Not enough parents keep their kids safe. Internet can be very dangerous.
A lot of adults aren't either...
But really, everyone should spend more time outside playing. Thats good advice for most people in general, not just kids.
get a hobby mate. is it normal for me to dislike people who like to stick their noses into everyone's business, well i don't care. i personally believe that the internet should be a free place and a human right. aren't the laws enough for you? why do you feel the need to control other people's behavior?
I was on YouTube ever since I was 12.
I think I was mature enough for the site.
That being said, I would think that anyone under 25 should be barred from the more sensitive comment sections, especially nowadays when the lack of thumbs down creates a circlejerk-ripe environment.
