    Liking or not not liking a particular actor is a matter of preference but to hate one on that level is a deeper issue. If someone pushes your buttons that badly, it’s because they have traits that remind you of yourself that you can’t accept.

    I think celebrities get accustomed to people telling them "you're wonderful, talented, gifted, etc.." and they think it applies to everything in life and not just to a single performance in a movie.

    I think he donates alot to Alzheimer's research or something like that so I give him credit for that. But otherwise, yeah I agree he's a douche with an inflated opinion of himself.

      Seconded. A british accent doesn't instantly turn one into a comedy genius.

      Guy can't act, can't sing, isn't funny, no charisma, extremely annoying, yet still liked by many.

      Now the Top Gear/ Grand Tour trio... That's some proper UK comedy/ entertainment genius!

    Hate is a strong word. I think you just really really really dislike him.

    I don't believe you'd punch him in the face if you actually met him. You'd probably just give him a frosty reception like most normal people.
