Sometimes when I'm driving if a car behind me is following me for a while I start getting nervous that they're actually following me, in every case they've turned off somewhere, but I still can't shake the feeling that I'm sometimes being followed.
you sound like a paranoid chicken shit. could be they are following you , maybe they want to follow you into your bedroom and breed you.
If you live in a first world country, the spy infrastructure is everywhere. You are always most vulnerable when you spend money. Your digital trail is everywhere. Big Data knows everything about you.

Sometimes I think people think I'm following them, but im not. We just haooen to be going by the same place, the same route.
Its not really normal. I recall a few times people accusing me of following them and by coincidence we just so happen to be going to the same block, store, school, etc. Their paranoid accusations almost got me beat up.
I'm the same way and would just turn down a didetent street to try and leave them
I used to get that way, but then after seeing the person go somewhere else so many times I realised that they have their own lives and aren't interested in murdering me.
