Is it normal that i get really sweaty/clamy when i get out of the shower?

It doesn't always happen but I've noticed that on several occasions I will get very sweaty/greasy shortly after leaving the shower. This happens very suddenly and all over my body at once. I suspect it may have to do with the temperature difference between the shower water and the ambient temperature of the other room. Does anyone know what might be happening?
