Is it normal that i get so bored if i forget to take my phone to the bathroom?

So every time I go "number 2" I sit there and scroll through my phone for entertainment. But today I went to the bathroom and left my iPhone in the kitchen, I found myself reading shampoo bottles to try and beat boredom, I feel addicted to technology. iin?

      Depending on what kind of magazines they are, I don't trust that much worse hasn't happened to them. If I ever pick one up and the pages are stuck together I'm punching someone lol.
