Is it normal that i hate commercials showing close ups of people eating?

This will sound really cynical, but I hate commercials, and I hate watching/hearing people chew. It's completely repulsive when I have to watch a commercial of someone shoving their fat, stupid looking face. I can tolerate it when its a small segment and kind of distant. But when it's a close up I want to punch them in the face. One example: York peppermint patty. Can't you have a commercial that isn't a close up of someone practically having an orgasm as they shove an entire patty down their throat? Another example: A recent commercial of Tacobell's new cantina bowl showing a lady yet again showing her face. But there is something about her face and nasty lips that just irks me. I just find these commercials gross and it makes me not want to buy their products.

    Oh gosh, don't ever stay up late watching infomercials then. You'll probably kill yourself. All these griddles, grills, blenders and juicers....holy fucking shit.

    I always hate it when Rachel Ray speaks the words 'add some parmesan and reggiano' and the crowd goes fucking nuts. What a bunch of pigs.

    I know right. Those commercials gross me out too. I thought their supposed to attract customers into buying their product not repulse them. I also hate how infomercials go on and on and the people on there sound fake and irritate me.
