Is it normal that i have an ahoge?

So, for quite some time I've had some hair sticking out from my head. Anime fans such as myself out already know what an ahoge is. Anyways, mine is long and slim, but pointy at the end. No matter how much I brush my hair it always just pops back up, and even when I put my hair in a ponytail, it's always sticking up.
