Is it normal that i have an intense fear of arm getting stuck in car window?

I have a really serious fear of getting my arm caught in a car window if someone rolls it up. To the point of almost having a panic attack if someone begins to roll the window up while my arm is out of the car. Is it normal for me to have this fear?

Most modern cars have a safety feature. If the window detects an obstruction (hand), the window stops and winds down a bit. Standard thing on most modern cars. But I guess it is a fairly rational fear. Some cars have powerful window servos. Powerful enough to cut a finger off with ease.
Just don't get a Mercedes 600 Grosser and you'll be ok.

Yeah I get that fear a lot too. They should really put some safety feature on car windows, if too much pressure is blocking the window from closing then it should stop and then open slightly. Otherwise it would be like a saw movie, having to lose your limb from some super painful torture device, in this case a car window x)

Don't open the windows and if you do don't stick your arm out.
Id be more worried about getting pooped on my birds.

Most new cars have an anti-trap feature, they will automatically reopen at the slightest amount of resistance. You can test for this by sticking your arm in the window as it rolls up, if it stops and rolls back down when it hits your arm your car has the anti-trap feature. If it chops off your arm it doesn't.
