Is it normal that i have an occasional twitch

Sometimes my face will twitch when I blink or it will jerk when I turn my head. To go even further, I get occasional muscle spasms and leg twitches. Usually I get a twitch when I think about moving my arm or leg, or am just about to move it but decide not to. I'm thinking it's anxiety because I've never been like this before. I don't have tourettes but I am on the spectrum, barely. What yall think?

    mine twitches when im mad or excited. it feels good to confess.
