Is it normal that i have cold hands and legs?

I have cold hands and feet, it don't feel like ice and it is not cold in warm room or in bed. When I come back from outside, when it's cold, my hands are cold for 2 hours, same for feet, hands and feet are always a little colder than other parts of the body. Is it normal?

Most heat energy in the bod is lost through the fingertips and toes since the blood circulation is closer to the surface of your skin. Wear gloves and woolly socks or even insulating boots if it to much of a problem.

It could be a sign of poor circulation. But you probably just need to eat your greens and get some exercise.

Doesn't sound right. best bet is to see a doctor, you may be anemic and there are meds for that. But I would definitely recommend seeing a doctor.
