Is it normal that i have natural eyeliner?

The way some girls have naturally long eyelashes, I was born with thin black lines on my eyes that people say looks like I'm wearing eyeliner. I'm scared to put on actual eyeliner so I'm happy for it. I think it's cool but I want to know if anyone else has this. IIN?

      Not likely, I was literally born with it with multiple witnesses, plus she's too sweet to do that.

    I've seen some girls like that. They can rub their fingers over their eyes and no smearing or anything. It's not black though, just a very dark brownish red.
