Is it normal that i have these super small little red dots on my skin?

Okay so I have these 8 (atleast) red dots on my skin that won't heal/go away.
3 are on the inside of my wrists. 3 on the inner and outer palms of my hands. And 2 on my thighs near my knees
These dots are super tiny like freckles, the scars of where I had stitches are bigger then them.
They also sometimes disappear when I squiwsh or stretch the skin around them.
Is this nothing to worry about or am I good?

    I had that once but it went away on its own. Didn't itch so no idea what it was but it was clearly harmless.

    Do they itch? It could be bed bugs, an autoimmune reaction of some sort, or something else. How long have you had them? You might need to go to the doctor.

      They don't itch at all its just that they have been there for so long without changing that I wonder if its something bad

    Set up an appointment with dermatologist. They'll get it handled.
