OK I have this pet peeve. This is my biggest pet peeve. Everytime I go out too eat and a waiter/waitress gives me my food and comes back 5 minutes later and asks is the food good. One time a waiter did that and I got up and just spit on the waiter. That's when I got kicked out of the restaurant. It just irritates me so much even thinking about it makes me wanna punch a hole in the wall.

It's normal that this irritates you, however your reaction is extremely abnormal. In the future try to just nod and say uh huh and keep your annoyance to yourself. It honestly seems though like you might have anger management issues, you should try to work on that.

  I work as a busser and I am supposed to go around and help people and such and take their plates Ect... so I am similar to a waiter in a way..
  I have had a person or two get mad at me for asking for their plates but I mean, My boss literally yells at me if I'm not constantly walking and taking plates n' such, and My boss is the one paying me so...

It was wrong to assault the waitress for asking if your food is good. It's their job to make sure that you are enjoying something that you are going to pay for.

If your going to assault something for that, assault the table or wall but not someone else.

I don't mind it but it did happen once. A previous crush kept bothering me and my boyfriend every five seconds asking how the food was and pacing around. I didn't want to go back after that but now I think it's funny.

You sound like my wife and I. Waiters do that because they're minimum wage workers who want to make a nice impression on you so they can suck a tip out of you at the end of the meal. We never tip waitresses or waiters because they're getting paid for the job. Are we going to tip a doctor or a cashier for doing their job? Of course not! Waiters and waitresses are annoying idiots. My wife and I have become so annoyed at waiters and waitresses that a lot of times we just go to self-serve places like Burger King or McDonald's. That way all you have to do is deal with an inept cashier.

OK first of all its not my fault that I have anger issues. I can't manage my issues and I love having anger issues. I refuse too go get help I love breaking things and hurting people. I almost killed my ex boyfriend because he works at my job. I love seeing people hurt. I'm just a evil lady.

  WOW, Reading this entire post and replies, I would make a guess that someone has some anger issues. I'm glad that's not me. To live life trapped in a world being angry about everything would seem like such a stressful and hard way to live. Being happy and fun loving is so much healthier and better for the body.
