Is it normal that i have to bite into a towel after brushing my teeth?

Whenever I finish brushing my teeth, my teeth get this texture that just makes me go apeshit throughout the day. Biting into a towel resets the texture. If I don't do this, I'll subconsciously end up grinding my teeth all throughout the day like a cow grinds grass.

Surely I can't be the only one with this issue. Is it normal?

Toothpaste has grit, you're just removing the grit from your teeth. Obviously you're not rinsing well enough to begin with.

Resets the texture? What the hell, that sounds like OCD.

I can assure you my OCD doesn't go far beyond psychotically rearranging my oranges on occasion.

It also appears to make you bite a towel.

Well, then the question is whether or not biting into a towel is more OCD than rearranging oranges.

No, I think the point here is that they're both OCD.
