Is it normal that i have weird dreams when i got sick?

When I sick or have a headache, I always dream about weird things, and the dreams were very realistic, that now I'm not sure if it's just a dream or I accidentally go to another world.
Example:
When I was in grade 4, I dream that I was bouncing up and down in my bed, after several times, I bounced to the sky and on the cloud, there's a Moon made of cookies and sweets. Then, I ate half of the moon and then I became the stars, and in the star there's even people who wear soldiers uniform which smiling with me. Then I woke up.
This is a true story, I guarantee.
