Is it normal that i hold my kittens against my chest and whisper to them?

I hold my two kittens against my chest and rock them to sleep while whispering "I'm your mommy and I'm your daddy, baby".

    It's normal, you think of them as your babies. You should adopt lion cubs next and start whispering to them, then at night; they would come and whisper to you they're gonna eat you.
