Is it normal that i kept rewinding a video because i thought i misread some texts?

More often than not, when watching videos, I find myself repeating some parts of a video multiple times. Not because I think it's interesting, but because I felt like I misread things. The thing is, I'll rewind, pause the video and re-read the text, then after playing the video for about 2 seconds, I feel something like a tug at my mind telling me I read that wrong again so I'd rewind again. This is usually repeated about 4-5 times. I KNOW I read it right, but my mind kept bugging me till I read it again.

It doesn't really bother me, but I would like to know if this is normal.

    Relatable. That exactly happened to me before too when I watched videos with subtitles. Now I managed to get rid of it. It could be a case of OCD. Be careful not to let it turns severe and gets a toll on your life. If I were you, I would try to ignore that disturbed feeling even though it's hard before it gets worse.

    It’s normal to doubt yourself and your perception, especially if what you are reading is something unusual or that you don’t want to believe. As long as it doesn’t bother you, you’re all good. :)

    I do a very similar thing, but it's usually when audio and text are playing at the same time.
