Is it normal that i love pins & needles??

I love it; I love the throbbing feeling, down there feels just like velvet. Lying on my side, bearing down gives me the best feeling ever. My legs are small, stunted, useless, and most of the time full of aches. I am wheelchair bound, and when my legs go all light & fluttery , they don't hurt. Like when/if you're really scared, or you need to s*** but you can't and all your muscles contract?? The strangest things/crushes can bring it on (men with northern English accents, Aussie accents, a really good blues, or maybe even an Aussie man doing a northern English accent whilst singing a blues song), but it only seems to happen when I'm pleased, causing me to squirm around a bit so I can let the feeling take me over. Does anyone else like this feeling, and what was/is it.
