Is it normal that i love sleeping on the floor?

I was sleeping on an air mattress but it kept deflating. I tried to fix it with glue to no avail so, alas, I gave up. I decided to fully deflate it and leave it on the floor, fold up a few blankets to form a pallet and that is what I have been sleeping on for the past month. I have no complaints, I actually love it. Sometimes my leg hurts after laying on my side for a while, but I just change positions. I may never go back to a bed. I'm investing in a Japanese futon mattress which is cheaper than a bed anyways. Am I crazy or is this normal?

I prefer sleeping on the floor. It's more enjoyable, but make sure there are no insects on the floor.

For someone who claims to have an IQ of 150 that's the best response you can muster? Damn boy, you just make it way too easy.

No one is immune to bugs and vermin in major metropolitan areas.

You walk so tall when you sleep on the floor. Its very comfortable.

Sleeping on the floor clearly has it's advantages over sleeping on the ceiling, especially when the gravity comes back on.

To each their own. My wife loves a soft bed and there have been times after returning home from deployment that I would find myself on the floor due to my back being accustomed to "firmer conditions".

It's cool because you correct your posture, but on the floor a lot of dust and bacteria!

Normal. Sometimes the floor is more comfy. I can't sleep on soft mattresses or my legs will cramp up pretty bad.
