Is it normal that i'm 27 and get back pains?

To clarify... I have habitually carried a bag weighing between 4-10 kilos since my school days, and still do...

But still, isn't 27 a bit young for rheumatism?? I had thought my back would last me longer than that :-(.

Has anyone ever gone through this? What does it typically take to make it better?

80 percent of USA are magnesium deficient. 60% of magnesium is stored in bone. Bone forms our most important stocks of magnesium and the body can call on two thirds of these stores (as 45% of the total reserves) if need be. 40% migrates into soft tissue, principally muscles and organs. double a daily dose of magnesium and you will find pain going away. for two dollars you can test it yourself. results take about thirty minutes , not a fucking blood test , thats blood magnesium level , just take the magnesium pill and ask did the pain just go away. On the side of the magnesium bottle it will say Supports essential nerve and muscle function . they would be in jail if it were not true. I actually chew up my tablets , pretty gross , so is pain.

Pain in the back has many more causes than rheumatism: see a physiotherapist or chiropractor and find out what's actually going on

I had a bout of severe back pain from a herniated disc. I got the herniated disc partially from incorrect lifting technique, but primarily from a dodgy chiropractor doing treatment he never should have.

Go see a physio if you think you need some corrections. Pilates is helpful for building core strength which will protect your back.

Do you spend most of the day sitting down? You should try a standing desk/find excuses to get up and moving often.
