Is it normal that i'm afraid from stuffing abroad ???

Well, I'll probably gonna study medicine in Germany, and I'm just worried that I won't be comfortable when I life outside, it's seems difficult for me to leave my family and my house and move to live all alone, I'm used to be taken care of in my house, my mom always do all the cleaning and cooking and all the housework and it seems difficult to me to take care of myself there, the other problem is the different culture, I live in the middle east and my culture is very different from the European culture, and there's the German language which I find hard to learn but I'm doing my best, I'm also wondering about how much is the average living cost in Germany ??? I'm financially good but I just wanna be sure.
I'm looking forward to hear all of your experiences and advices.

    I'm not going to get into the financial thing, but as far as moving far from home and surviving, that's easy. I have no doubt there will be a large middle eastern community wherever you go, so you won't be alone or lonely. But one of the great things about going to foreign places is meeting the locals and learning about people who are different from you.
    However, what worries me is this statement, "my mom always do all the cleaning and cooking and all the housework and it seems difficult to me to take care of myself there". If you can not even manage these things, how do you expect to get through medical school? Keeping a home clean and feeding yourself is certainly a lot easier than med school. If I were you, that is what I would be most concerned about.

      All what I've meant is that I don't usually clean my house and my mom always clean my room, and I don't even do any housework activity, like laundry and any housework activity .
      About the cooking which is my biggest worries, i've never walked in into our kitchen, I only go there to make a sandwich and that's the biggest thing I can make in the kitchen, I don't know how to cock but I guess it's normal and what's the relationship between that and medial school ??

        The relationship is that you have to learn how to be a functioning adult and a doctor at the same time. That you have to learn how to take care of yourself while also learning how to take care of others.
