Is it normal that i'm annoyed my new double glazing windows are scrached

I had new windows fitted by council. They warmer and better locks design but I think workmanship poor. Nearly every paine has hairline scrathes some claerly visable 1mm thick like poor handling. Am i being ott also some finish forgot put silicon on borders in places chipped window sill leftblood on walls.

I hate complaining it will be hassle even if come back it getting on my nerves. I know the glass on old 20yr old windows was better has workman ship gone down pan?

I think they were to rushed its a shame that new stuff marked already some frames got scratches but hard to see i guess unless analyize.

It annoying seeing scratches in sun and reflections but sure i wouldnt care if was used. Because it new i expect it be as new, i could accept hairline ones. I know I should be greatful but get feeling do poorer work as not private jobs. I hate this sort stuff luckerly the kitchen was fitted ok a few yr ago but these just feel like workman were mugs tbh.
